RETURNS POLICY

At Gender Portraits, our customer’s satisfaction is a top priority. If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days from the purchase date for credit towards a replacement image. Due to the limited nature of the artwork print runs, an exact replacement may not be available. In such cases, store credit will be issued. You can request a substitute product. All products must be returned in like new (undamaged) condition, in the original shipping container and be returned with all accompanying certificates/paperwork you received with your order. Gender Portraits does not pay for return shipping fees. Click here to facilitate a return.

DAMAGED ARTWORK

Contact us here immediately upon receiving the damaged product for return instructions. Most Gender Portraits products ship insured and will be replaced if received damaged. Due to the limited nature of the artwork print runs, an exact replacement may not be available. In such cases store credit will be issued.
